Dual Enrollment Current Students

Current Dual Enrollment students are defined as ones who have registered and attended courses at Lanier Technical College within the last two semesters. If you were recently accepted to Lanier Technical College, please visit the New Students section of the Dual Enrollment page. If you are interested in Dual Enrollment, but have not yet applied, please visit the Admissions Process section of the Dual Enrollment page to get started.

Funding Application

Students should complete the GAfutures Dual Enrollment Funding Application online prior to registering for Dual Enrollment courses for the new school year (Summer, Fall, Spring semesters).

Registration

Students are required to meet with their assigned DE Coordinator every semester in-person, virtual, or via phone in order to be registered for classes at Lanier Technical College.

Before your scheduled meeting, please be sure you

  1. discuss your schedule with your high school counselor or home study official
  2. complete a student participation form and funding application via https://www.gafutures.org/
  3. know the days/times you may take your courses with Lanier Technical College. Check out the Course Schedule online to help you plan.

If you are attending courses taught at the high school location, Ivester Early College, or Lanier College and Career Academy, you must discuss all schedule changes with the site representative.

Change of Program

If you need to change your program of study, please complete the Change of Application form. The completed form may be emailed to dualdocs@laniertech.edu or brought to the Student Affairs office at any Lanier Technical College campus location.
